Ohio State’s week off was more exciting than there week 5 game against Rutgers. Unlike the past three teams Rutgers didn’t put up any points the entire game making it another easy victory for Ohio State. In their 5th game of the season J.T Barrett broke the school record for the most career touchdown passes. In total he has 59 touchdown passes in his 27 career games at Ohio State.

Q1: After a lot of back forth, late in the first quarter Ohio State finally scores after Barrett threw an 18 yard touchdown pass to Wilson.

Q2: Ohio State starts off the second quarter with the a 33 yard field goal kick by Durbin. About the middle of the second quarter Rutgers Michael Cintron punts the ball with no return leaving the ball on Ohio State’s 28 yard line. Near the end of the second quarter Barrett throws another complete pass the McLaurin for a 14 yard touchdown. Near the end of the second quarter Barrett thrown another touchdown pass for 16 yards too Baugh. In the final minutes of the second quarter Barrett throws his third touchdown pass for the quarter to Samuel for 5 yards. Ending the first half 28-0

In the second half Ohio State took the advantage of being up big in a game they knew that they would dominate and put in there young players. In the third quarter freshman Demario McCall scored a 20 yard rushing touchdown. And in the fourth, another young play Johnnie Dixon scored a 5 yard rushing touchdown. Neither team scored for the remainder of the game leaving the ending score 58-0.

Another week, another blow out. Ohio State as usual shows no way of slowing down and will most likely continue to dominate teams for the rest of the season and keep their number two spot.

Next Ohio State takes on the Indiana Hoosiers at home again.
